Project Details
The Kemlee lake Lithium Project (KLLP) is located in the heart of the Georgia Lake Lithium Camp, Thunder Bay Mining Division Ontario. The KLLP covers an area of 1500km, 3km east of RockTech Lithium’s Aumacho claim blocks and 12km south of the Georgia Lake Project, which (as of July 2022) has an indicated mineral resource of ~10.6Mt LiO2 at a cutoff grade of 0.88%. In March of 2024, RockTech selected the Norampac Paper Mill site as the location for its Lithium refinery, the first in Ontario, and 110km northeast of Thunder Bay. Production is forecasted for 2027.
Arbor’s KLLP shares many of the same geological signatures as the Georgia lake deposit, including bedrock geology and the presence of massive intrusive dykes. The target at the KLLP will be spodumene-bearing pegmatites hosted in metasediments.
