Vancouver, Canada – May 12th, 2025 – Arbor Metals Corp. (“Arbor” or the “Company”) (TSXV: ABR, FWB: 432) is pleased to announce its Phase 3 exploration program for its wholly owned Jarnet Lithium Project, located in the Corvette Lake Lithium Camp, Eeyou-Istchee Baie-James territory in Quebec. This exciting new phase of exploration will include a range of activities aimed at advancing the project to the next stage of development.
The initial stage of Phase 3 will involve a tree bark survey to test for the presence of elements and metals identified as strategic by the Canadian Critical Minerals Strategy for transitioning toward a low carbon economy. Jarnet project claims were initially identified for their lithium potential, but the procession of volcanic rocks, sediments and intrusion identified on the property allow for the consideration of other types of targets such as REE, molybdenum, copper and cobalt.
This survey will be conducted by a three-man crew over a ten-day period, during which approximately 500 samples will be collected from areas where anomalous mineralization has previously been observed in soil sampling, surface sampling, and downhole drilling. The data gathered from this survey will provide crucial insights into areas of alteration and mineralization, which will be vital for further defining locations for diamond drilling.

In addition to the tree bark survey, the Company will recommence diamond drilling toward the end of May 2025. The drilling program will focus on new targets, including the Corvette Lake and Firebird claims, both of which have shown promising signs of mineralization in prior exploration work. The program is fully funded and permitted, and Arbor Metals is committed to preferentially hiring local Indigenous contractors as part of its ATI (Advanced Technical Investigation) commitments.
The Company will further refine its Phase 3 exploration plans based on the pending results of the Phase 2 exploration program, which are expected in the coming weeks. These results will provide additional critical data to guide the next stages of the exploration campaign, ensuring a targeted and efficient approach to evaluating the full potential of the Jarnet Lithium Project.
Both Corvette and Firebord claims are located respectively 2km and 6km south and south-east from the Corvette 13 pegmatite dykes system covering the Poste Lemoyne pluton.

Redemption of Corvette Lake Preferred Shares
The Company also announces that a total of 50,000 preferred shares (the “Preferred Shares”) of its subsidiary Corvette Lake Lithium Corp. (“CLL”) have been redeemed in accordance with their terms and at the election of the holder. The Preferred Shares represent all of the outstanding share capital of CLL not already owned by the Company.
The Preferred Shares were outstanding at the time of the acquisition of CLL by the Company and were redeemable by the holder at a price of $100 per share in the event mineral exploration conducted on the Corvette Lake and St. Pierre properties demonstrated the existence of lithium mineralization. Assay results received by the Company have now provided evidence of such mineralization and the holder has elected to redeem. The Company has satisfied the redemption price of the Preferred Shares in full and CLL is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company.
